Appointments

We understand that during this difficult period, there is still a need for specialist advice and treatment for your shoulder and knee conditions. MSK is still open and will continue to provide essential and quality orthopaedic care both in our rooms and also via Telehealth services.

We want to reassure you that we are adhering to all government safety guidelines and have taken numerous steps to minimise the risk of exposure to infection in our consulting suite, including temperature screening of all visitors upon entry and staggered appointment times.

We are open Monday to Friday (except holidays) between 09:00 to 16:30 Hours. As a specialist clinic, patients need a referral from their general practitioner, specialist physician or other doctor to be eligible for a rebate from Medicare. Should you require an out of hours appointment, please call the MSK team to check for availability.

Postponing or Cancelling your appointment

Telephone MSK during business hours as soon as you know you will be unavailable to make your appointment and we ideally would like 48 hours notice.   As a busy practice we appreciate the opportunity of offering your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally there are emergencies or patients who require a little more time, and these can cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
