Dr Kristine Moser
I am a specialist anaesthetist based in the Mornington Peninsula with interests in Gastrointestinal / Bariatric Surgery, Urology and Orthopaedics with Regional Anaesthesia. I focus on a caring and compassionate practice with an aim for high-quality care in all aspects of your surgery.
I completed my Medical Degree at the University of Tasmania in 2002, followed by several years of work in critical care before embarking on Anaesthetic training. I successfully completed my Anaesthetic Training at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) in 2013. In the same year I also obtained a Master of Public Health and Infectious Diseases with a subspeciality in Retrieval Medicine.
I currently work full time as a clinical anaesthetist, holding a public VMO appointment at Eastern Health and work within private practice in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula since 2014.
I am actively involved in Continuing Medical Education and review of Practice via ANZCA, Collegial Anaesthetic Peer Groups and my work at Eastern Health.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two boys and husband living on the Mornington Peninsula and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor pursuits it has to offer.
